When using the Easy Tournament application, you are in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this document.
1.1 Easy Tournament aims to provide tools for organizing championships and allow interested parties to follow results, statistics, media, comments and other information
2.1 Easy Tournament does not necessarily endorse or confirm opinions and information conveyed by users in publications in the application.
2.2 Easy Tournament does not certify, audit or grant any type of seal to any tournament organizer
2.3 Easy Tournament is not responsible for inconvenience or dissatisfaction caused by misuse of tools or technical failure of the system in the processing of championship data
2.4 Easy Tournament is not responsible for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction caused by the unavailability of the system
3.1 The app will not permit posts with offenses, bullying, or harassment against users, people, companies and institutions in general, whether they are championships organizers or participants.
3.2 Publications with pornographic, obscene or eschatological content, whether in the form of an image or text, are not permitted.
3.3 It is not allowed to apologize for any illegal activity, according to the laws in force in the United States.
3.4 The sale or disclosure of licit or illicit drugs in comments, images or in any other way within the application is not allowed
3.5 It is not allowed to publish content unrelated to the purpose of the application.
4.1 According to its own discretion, Easy Tournament may exclude publications that violate the rules of item 3 of these terms and conditions, or that aim to cause any embarrassment to users or the smooth functioning of the application.
4.2 At its own discretion, Easy Tournament may block users who are recurring in disregarding these terms and conditions, or publish content with the intention of causing any embarrassment to users or the smooth running of the application.
4.3 Easy Tournament is committed to analyzing reports of inappropriate content, as defined in item 3, sent by users through the “report” button, within a maximum period of 24 hours, deciding on the removal of the content and the exclusion of the user.
5.1 All technical solutions available to the person responsible for the platform will be used to allow access to the service 24 (twenty four) hours a day, 7 (seven) days a week.
5.2 However, navigation on the platform or on any of its pages may be interrupted, limited or suspended for updates, modifications or any action necessary for its proper functioning.
6.1 The platform may provide the user with a specific set of features and tools to optimize the use of services and products, containing information about their characteristics, qualities, price, among other data.
6.2 Before finalizing the purchase on a certain product or service, the user must be informed about its specifications and its destination.
6.3 The user can cancel the subscription to any service, at any time, so that no more charges are made
6.4 In case of violation of the Terms of Use: the services will be terminated immediately.

7.2 These user support services will be available on the following days and times: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm GMT-3.
8.1 In addition to this Term, the user must consent to the provisions contained in the respective Privacy Policy to be presented to all interested parties within the platform interface.
9.1 The items described in this instrument may change, unilaterally and at any time, by Easy Tournament, to adapt or modify the services, as well as to meet new legal requirements. The changes will be published OR on the website http://www.copafacil.com OR on the Easy Tournament application and the user can choose to accept the new content or cancel the use of the services, if they subscribe to any service.
